Exchange and returns

We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us as each piece is inspected by hand for quality. We will check every item carefully before shipping. We understand, however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs.

If the products which were sent to you are faulty goods, wrong size, wrong color, short in quantity or have any other problem, please take pictures and keep the related files as evidence immediately. Keep the products unused with all labels, tags and packing, and contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

You must post approved returns back within 7 days after receiving them. We will send replacement goods within 48 hours after we receive the returned products. If a refund is agreed, we will give you a complete refund.

If the products you ordered are correct and you want to exchange them because they do not fit, we will exchange them for you, but you must pay the shipping cost.
